At Froy, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and include all assembly hardware, instructions, and accessories.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
